Brian is the Principal Broker of Gehrki Commercial Real Estate in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Upon graduating from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, he began his career in real estate in 1983 with the Doyle Rogers Company in Little Rock. At Doyle Rogers Company Brian was responsible for managing and leasing a real estate portfolio consisting of 1.5 million square feet of shopping center space located throughout the State of Arkansas.

From 1995 to 2002, Brian worked for Vogel Realty and then for PDC Companies where Brian initiated the beginning of its commercial real estate services division. Responsibilities during that time consisted of general brokerage and tenant representation services. Before leaving to launch Gehrki Commercial Real Estate in January 2003, Brian was President and Principal Broker of PDC Companies in Hot Springs.

Since 2003, Brian has continued to provide tenant representation and general brokerage services for several national and local clients. In addition, Brian has added real estate development to his career highlights. He has participated in over 20 development projects in the states of Arkansas, Ohio and Indiana. Brian continually evaluates real estate opportunities of all types in and out of Arkansas
